Where is your office? If traveling West on SPID, you take the West Point exit and make a u-turn under the freeway and the second building on the right is Quality Tile and Marble. Pull into the front parking lot and you will see my door on the right.

If traveling East on SPID, you take West Point exit and go through the light and the second building on the right is Quality Tile and Marble. Pull into the front parking lot and you will see my door on the right.

Do you take insurance? I am a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please call your insurance to verify if nutrition consults are covered in your plan, how many you are allowed and do you have to pay a deductible.

How long does the first visit last? The first visit is typically an hour and follow up are usually 30 minutes.

How often will I need to revisit? It will depend on your needs but can be as often as weekly to once a  month.

What form of payment do you accept? I accept credit cards, checks or cash.
